I live in Ontario, Cananda and I recently purchased a Ladies Bench Hoody Slim Puffa Winter Coat for your online store. I just wanted to write to you to tell you about the great service I received. I have purchased many things online but had never purchased anything from the UK. I was a tad bit skeptical about buying online from overseas. None the less I placed the order that evening. Much to my surprise I received a telephone call the following morning. The pleasant gentleman called concerning the sizing. He was worried that I may have ordered the wrong size because the UK sizing is different from the Canadian sizing. After we got the sizing issues out of the way I was told my parcel would get to me in approx 10 days. Much to my surprise I received my package in 3 days!!!
I just wanted to thank you for everything. I will definitely tell my friends here in Canada about your online store. Not only do you have great products but with the rate of exchange and delivery I still had a HUGE savings!
