Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa and MasterCard and Solo and Visa Electron and Switch and Maestro and Delta. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Special Delivery Next Day is Guarantee from Royal Mail 9am till 1pm you know the item is covered up to £500, or Recorded Signed for Delivery, at no additional cost. I will only use this postage because it covers you and me if item is lost. It pays to pay more. Any order made from Monday to Thursday is Guarantee the next working day.
Please note Free Post is second class recorded, delivery time up to 10 working days, if you need to return an item on a free post purchase then postage will be deducted from the total price paid

Returns Policy If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt.
