Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and MasterCard and Solo and Visa Electron and Switch and Maestro and Delta. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

 

Shipping And Handling

Information on your Shipping and Handling

All deliveries are Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery, Within Three working day,price Start from £2.80. Each item is price individually by weight in Kg by Royal Mail.

Special Delivery Next Day is Guarantee from Royal Mail 9am till 1pm you know the item is covered up to £500, or Recorded Signed for Delivery, at no additional cost. I will only use this postage because it covers you and me if item is lost. It pays to pay more.

Any order made from Monday to Thursday is Guarantee the next working day.Please note Free Post is second class recorded, delivery time up to 10 working days, if you need to return an item on a free post purchase then postage will be deducted from the total price paid Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. Once credit card details have been Authorised. 

All Deliveries will only be sent to card holders address for security reasons. If you need to send to an alternative address a password would be required between yourself and me via phone.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

 

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.

 

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 256 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging and tags intact.Please note that we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been used or are damaged in any way.For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us, please:Complete the reverse side of the invoice (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange.
